HUD Extends Loan Limits to December 31, 2013
On December 6, 2012, HUD issued Loan Letter 12-26 which extends current loan limits for Home Equity Conversion Mortgages through December 31, 2013.
As first implemented as part of the American Relief and Recovery Act, the maximum claim amount will remain at $625,500 at least until that date.
