It’s always such a privilege when I get a call from a homeowner who has been referred to me. That original source can come from a variety of places; professional, acquaintances and friends, past clients, fiduciaries and people I barely know. I pretend that each conversation I initially have over the phone is being conducted face to face, so that when I do meet one on one, the magic of discovery unfolds as though we have known each other a long time.
I love meeting face to face with a client or a prospective client, with their supportive professional advisors or family. Lots of people do what I do over the phone never with the opportunity to meet face to face; to thoroughly educate, evaluate, consider all the options, analyze all the relevant data to a unique and personal situation. It can get complicated! Working face to face is magic, an art and a science and extraordinary things can evolve. It’s just a beautiful thing! Thank you for the opportunity.
