On July 23, 2012 Hacienda received its 2 year approval for FHA lending which means that homeowners can now refinance with a reverse mortgage and prospective buyers can purchase a new home with a reverse mortgage. I worked closely with the general manager over the last several months to complete their application and meet new HUD underwriting guidelines.
